Was referred to this office after calling many pediatricians who would not accept a new patient with Medicaid insurance who was not a newborn. My 18 month old daughter had her visit today. She did not have a great time, but that was to be expected. She’s never liked going to the doctor’s office and this was a new one. I was very pleased with how patient, pleasant, and accommodating everyone was. From the security officer in the building who directed me to where I needed to go, to the lovely woman with blue hair who checked us in, to the woman who brought us back and gave my daughter her immunizations (first time she’s ever *not* ended up with giant bruises. No bruises at all! Thank you!!), and our Dr and his attending. I felt like the doctor took the time to make sure we understood everything and to make sure he knew everything he needed to regarding my daughter’s history and development. The wait time was not as long as I anticipated, and I was pleased that we didn’t feel like we were being rushed out the door or prematurely dismissed at any step of the way.

Such an unprofessional doctor office. Doctor turnover is so high, we've never seen the same person twice in the 4 years we've had to go here. They rarely put anything in your child's charts, so the next doctor they provide has absolutely no clue on their history and you have to start from scratch.

Can never get into contact with receptionist or nurse phones lines have not been working since September can’t dial in 0-10 people have emergency’s I have told them numerous of times you call ingham county health center and the lines do not work.
